Esha Gupta's role in CHAKRAVYUH based on Kiran Bedi?

Actress Esha Gupta who debuted in the Emraan Hashmi starrer JANNAT 2 will be seen in the role of an of IPS officer in Prakash Jha’s forthcoming film CHAKRAVYUH.
Esha will play a no nonsense IPS officer and it is believed that her role is modeled on former police officer Kiran Bedi. It is said that Kiran Bedi was the only inspiration she could think of as she was the only woman police officer who created a stir in the male dominated job.
CHAKRAVYUH is based on naxalism rampant in various parts of the country. A political thriller produced and directed by Prakash Jha, CHAKRAVYUH stars Arjun Rampal, Abhay Deol and Manoj Bajpai in pivotal roles.
